Delivery and Returns

Your Delivery

If you have chosen to get your order delivered to you, you should expect your delivery within 3 – 7 business days when your payment is received.

When your order and payment is received, we allow a 24-hour period to pass before dispatching your order. During this time, if for some reason you change your mind, please contact us immediately as we can alter your order before it is dispatched.

In certain circumstances, the product/s you order may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will place an order with our suppliers immediately, and due to our relationship, we generally have our purchase orders fulfilled overnight. On rare occasions, your order may be delayed by 1 -3 business days. We will let you know by email if this applies to your order.

All orders that are being delivered are dispatched through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, and a tracking reference will be provided upon dispatch.

While we take care in packaging our orders, occasionally damage can occur during the delivery process. If this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Pickup Orders

If you have requested to pick up your order, please wait for a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, as we may need to obtain more products to fulfil your order. If your order is urgent, please visit us at 85 Grafton Street Warwick QLD 4370 (Inside Warwick Computer Service) and purchase your items on the spot.

Returns

Unfortunately, issues can arise when purchasing items online, however at Unimported we are more than happy to help! We follow the guidelines set out under the ACCC’s Australian Consumer Law, which describe your rights as a consumer and our obligation to meet these rights. Your first point of contact should be us, so please make contact if something isn’t right.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your order and the goods are damaged (i.e. broken glass, broken reeds or any other ‘fault’), please take photo’s immediately and make immediate contact with us. We will investigate, and contact the relevant delivery service to seek compensation. At the same time, we will communicate with you and organise a replacement order to be dispatched in a timely manner.

Change of Mind

We understand that choosing a fragrance or any item can be difficult, so at Unimported we offer customers a Change of Mind policy.

If for some reason within the 24-hour period preceding your order, you decide to change your order, please contact us immediately, and we can arrange for your order to be altered.

After 24 hours has elapsed, your order cannot be altered once dispatched. However, if you receive your order and are unhappy with the fragrances, we are happy to exchange them with another fragrance for you provided the products have not been used (i.e. Candles burned, oils diffused or burned, aroma reeds opened, room mists sprayed etc.). In any case, please contact us and we will advise you on the process and organise the exchange for you.
