Where is Unimported located?
We are located in Warwick Queensland, and have our collection of products featured within Warwick Computer Service at 85 Grafton Street, Warwick QLD 4370. While we have a store front, we predominantly operate online, however feel free to pop in store to test our products and have a chat about finding the right fragrance for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We believe in allowing customers choice when choosing a payment method. Currently, online we accept all Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) through Square Payments, as well as PayPal payments, which allows all major credit/debit cards and bank accounts to transact. In store we offer Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments, as well as cash. All payments are surcharge free J!

What is your returns policy?
At Unimported, we know what it feels like to have the hassle of returning an item. With that in mind, we fully comply with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s Australian Consumer Laws. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations or is faulty in a way defined by the Australian Consumer Law, we are more than happy to return the item. Who do I contact if I have a problem?
At Unimported, we keep our communication lines open to all customers. If you have an issue, the easiest way to reach out to us is under the contact us page online, or by emailing email@example.com . Due to time constraints, we are unable to offer a telephone service yet (I am still at school J), however we are more than happy to call you regarding any issues or questions you may have. Simply contact us online, and we will schedule a time to contact you.
Can I order over the phone?
While we do prefer customers to order online, we are more than happy to take phone orders using your Major Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Simply contact us and we will schedule a time to complete the order over the phone. Alternatively, visit us instore and take your new fragrances away today.
